The information box shows the average prices for each type of property in the Aldershot area from the last 6 months. The area can easily be changed to suit your needs, if for example you want to show the average prices in a particular postcode, or locality.

To use this data feed on your site, simply copy and paste the code
above into your webpage, and substitute "town=" with
"postcode=", "locality=", "county="
(giving the location of your search after the "=") and the
feed will display the prices set by your rules.
(for Scotland locations, you will also need to add
"&mode=scotland" to the end of the address).
The special case "country=" is also available. By specifying this as 'england', 'wales', 'scotland' or 'uk', the price statistics will be the averages for those countries or the United Kingdom as a whole.
